I'm very upset, I don't even know what to think right now... I just foind out that someone has been impersonating me on Eharmony dating website. they have half of my information right too. My name is very uncommon, my legal first name is 10 characters, last name is 14 characters and that person is using my full legal name, It states that I'm Russian, Jewish, where I live etc.... Now if there was another person with my name, I would know them or about them since Russian community is small and everyone knows each other where I live. it is highly unlikely that there is another person with my exact spelling of name anywhere in this area.
My previous roomate told me about it, when my name came up as a match for him, he says since he didn't pay he can't access full account but it says that there are 3 pictures. I can't access it too since I'm not a member. But the person is obviously impersonating me.
i tried calling e-harmony but their phone service is under maintenance and a million things are going through my head. I'm afraid that they will refuse to take down the profile, since it doesn't have my occupation right, it also says that I'm 26 yo and 5'7", when in reality I'm 24 and 5'1".
I just don't know what to do right now.... Why would someone do that to someone else.... I suspect it is an angry ex, but I cannot prove it. Is there a site that would search other dating sites for me?
