My Shih Tzu dog seems to have something in her eyes or something. It's covered by a grayish thing. Her eyes are cloudy. It looks like she's blind, but she isn't. When she first got it, her eyes were closed shut by some kind of yellow thing. Does my Shih Tzu have dry eyes? How can I cure her? Help please? Thank you.
