Sony DCR-DVD108 - did not format dvd-r , camcorder not recognize dvd-r?

I am using a Sony DCR-DVD108 , I recorded 30mins of video and I did not format the dvd before putting it into my laptop. Camcorder will not read disc anymore and Laptop thinks its blank. Please help me, Is there anywhere I can send it?

The mini DVD format is prone to errors. Fortunately there is software that can help. Try:
