I had one on my n95, you just need to clean the sim and the contacts cos it is likely that an old sim could have introduced dust or oil from your fingers which would give poor electrical signals leading to your problem. If cleaning the contacts dosn't work im afraid your looking at a new mainboard or a new phone. I would send it to sony and get it dealt with. When my vaio dropped its wifi connection they fixed that over Christmas and the customer support was excellent.</p></blockquote><p></p>
