Sony Ericsson K800i Camera key problem?

I have a problem with camera key on my K800i. When pressed in standby mode, it opens camera correctly with the sign ''Open the lens cover'' , after that, when I try to take a photo or start video recording, camera key is not responding at all, not even focusing. I have to use joystick instead. Help would be very appreciated.

I think there should some problem in camera snap key. You better go to authorized sony ericsson mobile service center, so that they can find out the problem and rectify. If you use joy stick for all features then it may also cause problem for you. So its better to give service ASAP.
