Sony Ericsson K810i memory chip?

Please can you advise me how to get the information/photos/music video off of my Sony Ericsson K810i memory chip (sandisk m2-128MB), its the small chip in the side of the phone. I want to put that info onto my new phone which is an LG- P500 and it has a Samsung Micro 2GB memory chip.My sim is new and works on both phone but i cant swap the memory chip. I have installed on my laptop the sony pc suite.I don't know how to get the info off the memory chip. Also if i manage to get the info to the sony pc suite how would i then put it onto the new LG phone as they are different manufactures. Sorry for the long questions just trying to explain. Ive had my Ericsson for 4 yrs great phone but it was dieing a slow death, so i had no choice but to get a new phone.Thank you in advance for your time and help.
 
the way is the same:

1) start - program - control panel - my computer, open - stop
2) put the cable on both the phone then into the comp. slot
3) a drive will pop-up on the my computer, that's your drive
4) open the drive, you're looking for videos, music, etc - they should all be together
5) drag & drop to your desktop
6) remove the k810 and put in the lg
7) wait for the drive and open to mp3 and video and just put files where it belong
done
