Sony Ericsson Micro SD Card 8GB - How do i clear it?

I want to sell my 8GB micro SD/HC memory card from my old phone but the phone has been taken by O2 so i can not delete everything. Is there a card reader on the market which i can plug into my laptop to remove all music/photo's etc???
