I turned off my phone, my mom got the same phone and she did so. Now we don't know how to turn on the power. Do you have similar problems with this phone and what should I do?
the battery was full, I tried with every possible button, combination of buttons, holding the button - just nothing. And it would be strange if there is a deffect in both our phones, we just got them yesterday. HELP!!!
It turned out that both phones were defected, so carefull.
