Sony Ericsson Vivaz U5i handset has finally died, what should I do now?

Following on from a question I posted here previously, my Viva U5i handset has finally stopped working completely.

The handset was restarting itself from time to time for no reason in the last 2 weeks. And now the handset has failed to pick up and to connect to the mobile phone network (O2) since last night. I only have the handset for 2 weeks. what should I do next?

After I discovered the handset could no longer connect the network, I plugged the handset to my laptop and ran the SE Update Service programme. I backed up everything on the handset, then followed the on-screen instructions to re-install the software on the handset, I was hoping this could fix all issues, but still the problems occurred. And now I have to use one of my old SE handsets (K850i) instead.

Can someone out there please point me a direction of what I should do next?
