I need to know the video format of the cell phone. I have already put some videos and they work but I want higher definition videos. I already know that it supports .mp4 and also that it is of 176x220, but I need more details of its video format like the video bitrate, the audio bitrate, the frame rate, etc. By the way, I noticed that one video i put in my cell phone was of 320x240 and the cell phone only supports of 176x220.

w395 Video Format Solution

After a hard struggle, finally i was able to convert any video files to W395 successfully. Thanks to Real Player 11 SP Gold, which comes along with trimmer and convertor.

In the Real Player convertor, select CELL PHONE option under Convert to(the formats taken automatically).
