Sony Ericsson W595 Memory Issues?

Hi all. I have a problem, my phones memory keeps going down, it used to hold 10,000 texts. Now it had 4 and it's telling me there is none left. I've taken out the memory card and there is no Pictures, Video's Music. All there is on the phone is My Apps (default) and Games (default). I used to have at LEAST 11mb with all the default Video's etc.
Where has my memory gone? What can I do?
