Sony Ericsson w850i mp4 converter anyone?

I have files like avi wmv and stuff.

My phone only plays 3gp or mp4. 3gp is bad quality so i would like mp4 converters for the phone.

Please tell me if you use this phone model and what program you use to convert files.
