Sony Ericsson W910i display icons?

On my mobile phone, sometimes I can see a small purple color icon in the left hand top corner (next to the network signals). It is similar to network connection icon displays on a PC (two small boxes/screens together).

Sometimes my 5 year old play games on this mobile and usually comes with the Bluetooth icon. Even I turn off the blue tooth still purple color icon stays on the screen.

So what is it?
It's driving me mad!

Hi

The icon shows that you have an application running.

To access the application list press the button with a similar icon.

You can then scroll to the application and quit it.
