I have had this phone since September and I really like the phone but I cannot stand when it switches off and the red light comes on and it always freezes up. I brought it back to the Meteor shop and they said they will send it away and they said i can't get a replacement phone because their policy is to repair it. I think this is pointless cause the phone is faulty and I want a new one. Any help?
