I don't know much about the phone but I would say dropping a cellphone will probably break something inside then from there other things will malfunction soo I'd suggest taking the phone in for repairs, then buy a screen protector for it, buying a pouch or a soft cover and a new battery. Are u sure it isn't like because the phone is old or something?</p></blockquote><p></p>
