Whenever I flip my phone down ( so the qwerty keyboard isnt showing) it restarts! Does anyone know how to fix this ? Oh I forgot to say I have dropped it 3 or 4 times 
and also the back button at the bottom of the phone is really hard to get working as in I have to tap it about 20 times to get it to finally go back?
