I have recently purchased Sony Ericsson Yari with 2years of warranty. 4days back its not turning on. So i want to neat sony ericsson center. First they seen it and said continuously charge for 6 hours. Its alreay timeout mean 8pm(shop closing time). I purchased company charger for 800rs,, and did what they said.
Next day after halanhour they saying that the motherboard is dead. One person said come after 20days we will send to bangalore like that(on warranty he saying). Next the owner came and saying it has mother board shortage problem not comes under warranty. Please anyone tell me best way. What i am thinking now is this branch man is not for support working for money. Shall i go for Hyderabad cervice center. Please give detailes and suggetion clearly.
