sore after sex. Help !?

my girlfriend doesnt have an account on this so im asking for her.. she says she feels sore after sex. and she feels bloated and she has like a burning pain.. were both 16 and only have had sex about 5-6 times.. and its happened about half them.. is ther anything she can do to help it and whats causing it ?
 
well i think its normal.because she needs to be wet
dont go straight to the sex part
first try foreplay all kissing and touching will make her produce lubricant .
or buy some lubricant ..

Perhaps she is not lubricated enough,have more foreplay or use over the counter lubrication like Ky or replens.& make sure she pees after sex in case of causing UTI.It might be the condoms if she is allergic to latex if so use latex free.Hope it helps.Good Luck.
 
1. She needs to be really wet first
2. She needs to pee STRAIGHT after
3. Use very cold calamine lotion on the sore area after for relief
