I have a sourdough bread machine recipe to try. It calls for sourdough starter which I have a batch started. Now it calls for 2 cups bread flour. Would you see any reason why I couldn't use wheat bread flour as a substitute to make it a bit healthy? Also would it effect the taste any and if so how?
