Spanish, French, or German [Foreign] easy to make dish?

I'm going to an international dinner for school tomorrow, and I'm suppose to bring Spanish, French, OR German orienated food. I can't make anything heated because it wouldn't stay warm. Is there an quick, easy to make, cold foreign dish? Steps in which to make the food would be greatly appreciated. :)
