speed, inertia, momentum of a sattelite?

Don't even know where to start with this one. A 229,000 lb space shuttle orbiter is in a circular orbit 147 miles above the earth, it completes an orbit every 89 min. From this info I need to calculate angular speed in RPM and rad/s, linear speed in mph and ft/s, moment of inertia, and angular momentum. How do I solve this?
Yeah, I know that. and I can convert all the units to metric with a little help from google. But that doesn't help me solve the problem in any way. It's a homework assignment, given in those units and I don't know why they give English units, I think it's a huge waste of time when I have to write half a page of conversions just to set up a formula.
