I refilled my black cartridge, after which the hp software wont detect the ink level of the black cartridge. and whenever i try to print any POWER POINT PRESENTATION it first states(in the print job que) that "SPOOLING PRINTING" then "DELETING". i just am not able to print any *.ppt !!
