sports and workout helpp?

im pretty fat but im slimming down because i eat well and exersice
im going to try and lose more by going to the gym this whole summer
also i want to try out for basketball and soccer..i used to play them for yeaars and i still play with my firneds..im going into H.S and would they mind if i have no middle school sports experience but ive been playing with friends for yeaars
plus what workouts should i do to make myself better
 
Going to the gym will help you a lot another thing that will help is running steps it will increase your speed. I really don't know to much about soccer but basketball is my specialty. To help with basketball you could use this drill that is very effective : Shoot the ball follow your shoot and don't let it hit the ground. If you miss put it back in. If you make it quick dribble back out turn and shoot. Keep doing that(Its a really good workout!) it helped me a lot! Also you could work on your ball handling you could run up the cout dribbiling the ball in your right hand and then come back with your left.

well, going to the gym is good for you because you said that you're slimming down. well my suggestion is, every morning you jog it maintains your body structure and even your health..... and be active too in sports....basketball and soccer is good for you.....try badminton or track and field..
