There is still no word from Sprint/Moto on the now obvious design flaw and a "bad batch" of the Sprint Motorola Photon 4g phones from Sprint. Many users on several different forums have complained about the the "Sleep of Death" and "Random Reboot" that the MR5 release from August 26th 2011 did not resolve. Nor did the Wifi Update help on Sept 14th, 2011. Due to the number of users who reported that they had to exchange their phone, some even 2 or 3 times to resolve the SOD and random reboots, is looking more & more like Motorola and Sprint released a bad batch of these phones and are not acknowledging yet. Why would Sprint ignore this issue unless Sprint plans to drop this phone next month with the release of some newer models. It also seems that Motorola doesn't care about their user-base enough to intitiate a recall notice. We are Still awaiting a formal response from Sprint and Motorola as to what action they will take to recall and resolve this phone. We are earnestly waiting and Still WILL NOT go away until this is addressed publicly by Motorola and/or Sprint. What are you going to do?
