Uh, I don't really like your intervals since it includes walking. Walking during runs is bad physically and mentally. First, you keep changing you heart rate from higher to lower and higher to lower. It is bad mentally because once you feel the ease of walking, you will keep wanting that easy pace. I would suggest you do different kinds of intervals. Maybe you could do 5 minutes of quicker running and then 1 minutes of very slow jogging. Whatever you do, try to walk as little as possible. I can run for about 45 minutes, but that includes stop signs and stop lights. Other that those stops, I never walk. But if you are convinced on your regimen, you should determine where to run and where to "walk" on certain streets. Such as run until you get to John Street and walk on Smith street for half a block or something like that. But please try not to walk no matter what. I know it sounds a little mean, but trust me it does so much more for your health.
