still Not able to install nokia pc suit on my laptop.?

Yo know some software can't install because depend on window. I had also faced this problem but then I install window xp service pack 2. Then my PC able to install new version software. I think this is the way to install this version other wise you can use PC suit 6.
 
I had nokia pc suit 6 installed in my computer. later i uninstalled it and deleted some of its files manually to install pc suit 7. the new suit does not install and it says "cannot remove previous suit. contact technical support" when sombody suggested to install and run nokia pc suit cleaner that also i did but still the same message flashes. now what can i do so that i may install either the older one 6 or newer one 7.
