My vehicle was recently stolen and It was recovered 2 weeks after. In the car thieves took the engine. The car was at an impound lot then sent to a salvage yard. After inspecting the vehicle the insurance won't return us our vehicle (i have the title) and aren't giving a fair settlement. Is there anything I can do?
