I know talking to strangers online is dangerous.
But I found these people through a virtual disney world game, vmk.
First I joined the game, then eventually I joined a message board.
That's where I met really nice adults, and people my age.
Then eventually I gave my screen name out to a few closer friends on there. I've been talking to them for a little over a year, on msn.
I've told them my birthday, which I don't think matters since a million people share my birthday, and I told them what state I live in, which again, not so bad.
I've video chatted/voice chatted with many. But I have not shown my face, or my voice.
So I've seen them, live, talking.
I know they're not perverts or whatever.
I've seen pictures, facebook of them.
Do you think they're safe? by now?
Do you think I could show them my face?
I haven't even told them my name.
Another thing, I REALLY respect my parent's rules, and already broke a huge one of talking to strangers. But I really really care for these people and it's so hard.
