My Subaru Impreza drinks oil like a bar fly. I've lost more than a quart in less than 2000 miles with no signs of leaks and no obvious burning of oil. My coolant is clean and I've been using Pennzoil Platinum (fully synthetic) oil. A guy over at bobistheoilguy.com suggests my cylinders are glazed from an improper break in. What might other causes of my problem be?
