Subaru Tire Sizes. Does anyone here own a Subaru Outback Sports and tell me

what tire sizes I can use.? I need size P205 60R 15 90S which I assume is AKA 205/60/15 (where they just forget about the "90S" (whatever that stands for)
Some one has tires that are 205/50/16. I am wondering if I can use those just as well. What should I say if someone wants my tire size in inches?
