Subtitles to "Ho Voglia Di Te"! PLEASE!?

I have been trying to find english subtitles to this italian movie but I can only find one that I don't even think are right because they don't sync to any version of the movie and I have downloaded tons.
PLEASE, help me! Where can I find them? I've tried everything.
