What would you send to the children, women, men and families living in Victoria at this time. Food, Clothing, Money, Messages etc.

Please help these people are in urgent need!!!
 
The Red Cross seems to be the main coordinator of the relief efforts and have asked that donations are in cash.

The reason is that donations of food, clothes and other things have to be transported which is expensive and then sorted when they get there by volunteers who could be doing something else.

It is also better if surviving local businesses get some trade by selling good to people who have received relief funds. This helps to rebuild communities.
 
i'm giving blood to help out the burns victims. i'm also giving plasma which you can do every 2 weeks. every bag counts!
 
DON'T send goods!!

Donating charities need money. NOT goods.
That's all they're asking for right now.

When the salvo start asking for goods, then start collecting. not now.
