93 chevy blazer 4x4 shakes between 30-45 mph stops when you take your foot of gas pedal, no vibration at all when not on the gas. Front Tires show a little ( not a lot) wear on the right side total miles on vehicle 113000, Tires have about 20000 miles on them.

are the tires balanced? they could be out of balance or a wheel bearing is wore. also you might have a belt separating in 1 of the tires.

Pay $35 and have all four wheels/tires balanced.
Did that to my wifes 1991 Tahoe S-10 and it's been great ever since.

It's apparent from your explanation the vibration may be caused by a power link (half shaft) front or rear wheel bearing or rear axle.

Mu favorite way to chase down vibrations is to jack the frame on jack-stands, start the vehicle and shift it into low gear. Watch the tires and wheels for lateral and circular run-out as they rotate. Watch the spin of the half shafts and drive-shaft. If you don't see anything out of the ordinary, have someone slide the transmission into high gear and slowly increase the speed. You watch for a specific vibration.

Several things could be causing this. As everyone else stated, it could be that your wheels and tires are out of balance. Your tires could be scalloped due to lack of rotation or correct tire pressure.
