I recently got a new phone, previously owned from a friend, and its number is now connected to her new phone. My old phone is dead so I went to the Telus website on my account and did the Change Phone Option for ten bucks. I typed in the serial number and it said the phone was changed over and I still had money on the account. When I look on my phone now (Motorola Krzer) it says the number is still my friends number and if I try to text it doesn't work. Has anybody had this problem? Help?
