I don't know what this is I notice it 2 days ago, But on the shaft is very swollen. it almost feels as thoughs there's fluid in there. I do sometimes get an odd sting feeling. I went to the hospital and they said they couldn't feel anything out of the normal. I'm really worried to what this may be. This has nothing to do with sex because I don't go sleeping with random people.
