T-Mobile activation kit still not here?

I ordered mine at about 4:00 PM Pacific time on Saturday the 24th of November, and it said it was shipped on Monday. When do you expect the kit to come because I still have not received it. It is 8:00 PM Pacific time on the 29th of November. It's shipping through UPS.
