i dont think so.

if i were you i would go to a tmobile store and see if they can fix it. that might be faster than waiting for them to send you a new sim card.
 
I just got the t-mobile dash and the SIM card doesnt work, they are sending me a new one but is there a way i can make it work myself?
 
no, dont go 2 the store thats exactly what happend 2 me, i went to the store and they said they cant fix it that ima have to get a new one
