t-mobile dash?

I need to know how to remove a contact from a t-mobile dash smartphone?? I"ve been looking around on websites but I can't find any answers so if anyone knows anything about this phone, please help me out!!!! thanks in advance

more info i have a dash...if it just removing a contact its like this

1.go to contacts
2.find the person
3.click and then hit menu on the right
4.click delte or click the #5
5.it will say"contact will be permantly delted continue?"
6.click on the left side for yes
