T-Mobile Dash?

Does the T-Mobile Dash come with headphones that you can listen to music with? The T-Mobile Shadow has these same headphones that look just like a USB connector and I was wondering if the Dash came with these headphones. If they dont does anybody know where to get the headphones with a USB connector at the end and will they be compatible with the T-mobile Dash?
