My family just open a family plan with T-mobile yesterday.We got two samsung memoir and decide to chose the $10 monthly data plan. This is the plan which we sign the contract at the dealer. Today, I use my Samsung phone to go online, but it told me needs to upgrade to the $30 monthly plan, The question I need to ask is. Can I ask T-mobile to give me that $10 monthly plan instead of $30. Any thoughts will be helpful.
