cancel without a ETF? I Renewed my contract back in June because t-mobile offered me a month free or 5 dollars of my bill a month for 24 months. it is Dec now and I still have not received the credit. I understand that it takes a while to reflect on my bill but its been over 6 months it usually takes about 2 months for stuff like reflect on your bill. I have contacted them multiple times every time i was told they have fixed it and then the next month i get the full bill with out the discount. So my question is can i cancel my contract or at least threaten to cancel and not worry about the early termination fee since they only reason i renewed was for that promotion they offered me?
