T-mobile is installing an antenna on top of my bulilding. How to stop that?

Brooklyn. The antenna will be directly above her bed. The building does not even look sturdy enough to support the equipment. I am totally for the technical progress, but want my Mom to have some peace of mind. Construction has already started... How to stop them?

Ask to see authorization, and get a court order, (if you are a renter you can't do anything about it, MOVE)
