Today t-mobile is having a one day sale for their smartphones. From what I know, you make a small payment at the store for a new phone, and then pay off the rest of it through monthly payments. What I need to know is if this deal applies to everyone or just people who are going to sign new two year contract. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
