Please people, I need you help, suggestion regarding this issue. I had been on my partner's cingular plan for the past 5 years without issues but I went with Tmobile last september and ever since, it has been one head ache or the other.
I made an online payment of $113.86 using my checking account but to my amazement, Tmobile claimed they didnt receive the amount and was suspending my line. I quickly rushed to the store to make another cash payment also paying a charge to that local store just to get this payment across to them.
But in novemeber, my bank statement showed they did pay tmobile the money, meaning they got $227. in that month of october.
I called them and they were still insisting they didn't get d money, I went to meet with my bank manager whom was willingly to confirm it with tmobile but tmobile said they couldn't speak with him except him n advised me to fax d proof showing they were paid the money which d manager helped me with.
Last month, I got a letter
