T-Mobile order confirmation - have I got the contract and phone?

Ok, I put through an order on the T-Mobile website for a BlackBerry phone contract, heres the email I got from T-Mobile (below). Does this mean I've got the contract and phone or can they still decline??

What happens next?

When will I get it?
We send your order by Royal Mail's two-day tracked delivery service, so we'll deliver within two working days providing you ordered on a weekday before 5pm.

Delivery will need to be signed for, but if you're not in, your parcel will be returned to your local Royal Mail sorting office depot. You'll get a card through your door explaining all about arranging a redelivery or collecting from the depot.
