I have been with T-mobile for nearly 15 years, never paid a bill late! i have been due an upgrade since august 2010 but when i rang up they would not let me keep my current price plan and upgrade to the Iphone 4, they said that Apple set the price plans so they cant budge on it! i asked for my PAC code and they kept trying to offer me the HTC which i don't want! they said while I'm making up my mind they will give £10 off my bill a month!!!
Has anyone else had similar problems? and am i fighting a losing battle, would i be better off just changing network?
