I live in North America and know that whenever I call The Netherlands there is a 35 cents roaming fee per minute but it sais on the website That when i recieve calls from overseas its billed the same price just as anyone elkse called. so my question is does that mean when i recieve calls from my brother in the netherlands that i dont have roaming fees and i only have roaming fees when i make outgoing calls to the netherlands?
