I got a Sidekick 3 back in Christmas of 2006, my contract doesn't end until December 2008 which is quite a long time from now. I'm sick of the Sidekick 3 and I want a new phone, not a fancy one or anything just a simple one. The thing is my brother keeps telling me that I can't get a new phone until my contract ends. Is that true?
