My wife and I really like Verizon, I have been a customer for 10 years and I don't have a complaint other than their pricing and the way they divide up the minutes.....the breaks are 700 and 1400 for the family plans, and we need like 900. So we are paying a boatload of money just for service and we don't even get texting. This is why we are looking to switch. Alltel would have been great for us but Verizon bought them and we don't want to be back in the same boat we are in now. AT&T pricing is just as high for what we want as Verizon. So we are looking at T-Mobile and Sprint because we can get all inclusive packages (web unlimited text and enough minutes) from both for nearly the same as what we pay at Verizon for just minutes. So I am looking for opinions specifically in Southwest (Northern Arizona). I keep hearing Sprint customer service sucks and I know they just laid off a ton of people so I am guessing that T-Mobile is the way to go but I wanted to ask.
