T-Mobile Web2Go subscription?

I use my Nokia 5310 Xpress Music as a modem on my computer. I just recently subscribed to T-Mobile's Web2go service so i couold browse the internet on my phone. But I was wondering if T-Mobile charges for the data connection on my computer as part of the Web2Go plan on my phone towards the 100MB limit? I have used the phone-modem on my PC before i subscribed.
